Shipping policy

Boone’s Embroidery will ship your item if you paid for shipping. We try to make it to the post office within 3 business days of your purchase- but please keep in mind, we are a small business and both owners work full time jobs outside of this as well.

Local porch pickup: you have 2 weeks to pick your item/s up off of our porch from the date you were contacted about your item being ready. If you fail to pickup your item/s within those 2 weeks, then we will invoice for shipping. You will have 1 week to pay the shipping invoice. If you fail to pay the shipping invoice within 1 week, then we will place your item/s back in our inventory and we will NOT refund or replace your item/s.
