Welcome to Boone's Embroidery. This is just a small town business that came about from a hobby. We are located in the heart of New Haven, KY. As a small town business, we are all about making sure our customers are happy with every step of our business. We hope you enjoy all of our products and work that we have to offer. Unlike our name, Boone's Embroidery offers many different types of items. Our turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks and then shipping times as well. We do offer some pre-orders as well, just be sure to take a look at the turnaround time for that specific item.  We order most of our blanks as orders come in. There are times that a style/color may be out of stock for us to order; therefore, we will email you regarding this issue. If the customer does not want to change the color/style then we will refund for that item. We hope we do not encounter this issue, but sometimes out of stock items happen unfortunately.
