Refund policy
Returns/exchanges/refunds: If there is an issue with your order, you must contact Boone’s Embroidery via email (boonesembroidery@att.net) or Facebook messenger within 7 days of receiving your item/s. For any exchanges or returns- the item/s must be unused, in original packaging, and like it was when you purchased it. You may exchange your item/s for a different size if we have one available in the size needed- must be done within 7 days of receiving the item/s. The customer is responsible for dropping the item back off or for shipping cost back to us. We will NOT provide a shipping label unless we have customized an item incorrectly. If we do not have your size, we will refund or give store credit- must be within 7 days of receiving the item/s. For any customized item- we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the item was customized incorrectly by Boone's Embroidery. All sale items are sold as is- there are no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds.
